Thank you for sharing Brooke’s Light!

I was introduced to your family through Dani. We are teacher colleagues. I cried while listening to this podcast. It was a needed cry. My brother is battling cancer. You are correct. Cancer should never be considered the “norm”, and our loved ones should not be statistics. Know that Brooke’s Light touched me in a profound way at her wake. I had never experienced anything like it. Everyone there was “connected”. Those who knew her, and those who were there to support her loved ones. There was an incredible outpouring of love that could be felt in such a profound way. Hundreds of people of all ages were listening in complete silence to the words of her loved ones. Her Light was shining. She made a difference during her time here on Earth, and she continues to do so through her Light. Your daughter, sister is the very definition of grace. Thank you for sharing your journey. It matters.
